Sequim teen wins biathlon

Sequim’s Colby Ellefson, 16, won the male title at the Peaman Sizzling Summer Sprint Biathlon on June 26, West Hawaii Today reported. Ellefson won in 18:47. Kailua-Kona’s Bree Wee won the women’s division in 20:49. After a two-year hiatus, the Peaman biathlon returned to Kaiakeakua Beach on Hawaii.
