The Michael Trebert Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution is continuing to grow in Sequim. The group hosted a meeting on Sept. 19 at the Sequim VFW Post 4760 and performed the oath of new membership to five Sequim women and one traveling member in Michigan via Zoom.

New members include Renee Redmon, Carolyn Triebenbach, Joyce Ridge, Lori Theis and Laurie Davies, along with Julie Pfister in Michigan.

The Michael Trebert Chapter now has 97 members, with 16 more Clallam County women seeking to prove blood lineage to a Revolutionary War ancestor.
