Vigil for Pretti, Good set for Tuesday, Jan. 27 in Sequim

A candlelight vigil for Renee Good and Alex Pretti will take place in downtown Sequim at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 27.

Organizers invite the public to participate in a peaceful candlelight vigil for Renee Good and Alex Pretti from 5:30-6 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 27 in Sequim. The vigil will take place at Town Square at the corner of Washington Street and Sequim Avenue.

Good was shot and killed by a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent on Jan. 7. Pretti was shot and killed by a Border Patrol agent on Saturday, Jan. 24. Both killings occurred in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Good and Pretti were each 37 at the time of their death.
