WOW! Working on Wellness Radio Forum set for Wednedsay, Jan. 14

Retired physical therapist Barb Paschal will present a free WOW! Working on Wellness Radio Forum on Wednesday, Jan. 14 from 2-3 p.m. on KSQM 91.5 FM.

Paschal will talk about fun and effective ways to improve physical and mental health, from stretching exercises to singing to deep breathing, resulting in a healthier immune system, less joint pain and increased feelings of peace and joy.

WOW! Working on Wellness is a health education program of Dungeness Valley Health & Wellness Clinic — Sequim’s free clinic. The Clinic provides basic urgent care and chronic health care services to uninsured community members. Its work is supported by more than 70 volunteers, including physicians, other professional health care providers and laypersons, as well as private and public donations from the Sequim community and beyond.

The Basic Urgent Care Clinic is open to patients on Monday and Thursday evenings beginning at 5 p.m. Anyone interested in supporting the Clinic may call 360-582-0218.
