Artist in concert at Trinity

Mitch McVicker, a Dove Award-winning singer/songwriter, international touring artist and flamingo player — yes, flamingo —, will present a faith-based concert at 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 26, at Trinity United Methodist Church, 100 S. Blake Ave., Sequim.

Taize service set

All are welcome to the ecumenical Taize service at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church, 525 N. Fifth Ave., at 7 p.m. Monday, April 25.

In a meditative candlelit atmosphere which includes singing simple repetitive songs, one may simply sit peacefully during the hour long service or join in the chorus while experiencing the calming effect of being in God’s presence.

Taize will continue to be held the fourth Monday of each month.

Religious series to begin

The Sequim Worship Center, 640 N. Sequim Ave., presents a series of Monday classes from 6:30-8:30 p.m. beginning April 18 and ending June 13. The series is called “The Story of His Glory: Explore your destiny in God’s global story.” The cost is $10 and includes a workbook. For more information, email Clallam.Christians@gmail.com.
