VA Mobile Vet Center set to visit peninsula

Peninsula community combat Veterans will now have improved access to counseling services and referrals for VA benefits and community resources.

 

The Department of Veterans Affairs’ Tacoma Vet Center will deploy a Mobile Outreach Team beginning Tuesday, Nov. 19, to the Olympic Peninsula. The mobile team will be at the following locations for dates and times shown: Forks, 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Nov. 19, 941 Merchants Road; and Port Angeles, 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Nov. 21, 216 S. Francis St. Veterans can make an appointment by calling 253-565-7038. Veterans also are welcome for walk-in services.
