Section of US Highway 101 closes to one lane for four hours this Friday

Divers on eastbound US Highway 101 near Sequim will see traffic reduced to one lane from 9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 26, according to the Washington State Department of Transportation.

Divers on eastbound US Highway 101 near Sequim will see traffic reduced to one lane from 9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 26, according to the Washington State Department of Transportation.

The lane closure will occur at milepost 261.2 near Hooker Road. During that time, the right turn lane to Hooker Road will also close.

The lane closure allow the Washington State Patrol to collect scene measurements following a previous collision.

Traffic will be directed by state maintenance crews and state patrol troopers.
