Pirates, YMCA host hoops clinic

Pirates, YMCA The Peninsula Pirate men’s basketball has teamed up with the Clallam County YMCA to offer a basketball clinic to all boys and girls in grades 1-8.

The camp is scheduled for 10:30-11:30 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 13, at Stevens Middle School in Port Angeles. Cost is $5.

The clinic focuses on basketball fundamentals such as dribbling, passing and shooting. Current Pirate players and new P.C. head coach Lance Von Vogt are instructors.
