Festival of Trees tickets available

Tickets have gone on sale for the North Olympic Peninsula Festival of Trees Teddy Bear Tea and Gala, Family Days Breakfast, Family Days and “Home for the Holidays,” Tickets only will be available at the OMC Foundation office at 928 Caroline St.

 

Now in its 23rd year, the annual event is a three-day fundraiser for the Olympic Medical Center Foundation and the Port Angeles Exchange Club. Elaborately decorated Christmas trees and wreaths created by some of the area’s best designers are featured during the event.  

 

2013 Festival of Trees Schedule of Events and Ticket Prices

All events are held at the Vern Burton Community Center, located at 308 E. Fourth St. in Port Angeles.

Friday, Nov. 29 – Teddy Bear Tea, sponsored by Swain’s Family Foundation, for parents and children, 10 a.m. noon. $8 each.

 

Friday, Nov. 29 – Festival of Trees Gala, sponsored by Sequim Health and Rehabilitation, 5:30 p.m. Buffet dinner, tree auction, silent auction and dancing with live music. $95 each.

 

Saturday, Nov. 30  – Family Days Breakfast, sponsored by Avamere Rehabilitation of Sequim, 8 a.m.

Includes sit-down breakfast. $12 adults, $6 kids. Limited tickets will be available at the door.

 

Saturday, Nov. 30, and Sunday, Dec. 1 – Family Days, 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Public viewing of decorated trees and wreaths, musical entertainers and children’s activity areas. $5 each, children under 8 free.

 

Saturday, Nov. 30 – “Home For The Holidays,” an All Class Port Angeles High School Reunion dance and auction, 8 p.m. Tickets will be available at the door.
