Assured Hospice presents ‘end of life’ workshop

Assured Hospice of Clallam and Jefferson Counties is presenting the workshop “Choosing Quality: Caring Conversations — Planning and Implementing End of Life Decisions,” from 1-4 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 19, at Dungeness Community Church, 45 Eberle Lane, Sequim. Organizers say the workshop is packed with essential information free for all members of the community.

Topics include:

• How to have the end of life conversation with your doctor and family by Paul Cunningham, MD, and Michele Stafford, DO.

• Advanced Directive Education by Cunningham and Stafford

• Funeral Home Conversations by Steve Ford

• The Final End of Life Conversation by Paul Fiorini, chaplain with Assured Hospice.
