OTA announces cast for ‘I Love You, You’re Prefect, Now Change’ revue

Olympic Theatre Arts recently announced its cast for the musical, “I Love You, You’re Prefect, Now Change.”

The new musical revue written by Joe DiPietro with music by Jimmy Roberts will be directed by Pat Owens with musical direction by Valerie Lape.

“The play starts from the moment Adam asked Eve if she was busy tonight and Eve replied, ‘I’ll have to check’ and goes all the way through to the meeting of two senior citizens at a memorial service for a friend,” Owens said. “Nothing is off limits as the show explores courtship, marriage, family trips, even legal advice on perfect sex, all surrounded by a wonderful musical score and many memorable songs.”

Cast members, including Leona Voss, Sheenieka Dolan, James Willis and Joel Yelland will be preparing for a fast-paced performance during which each actor will play many roles.

Preview night is scheduled for Thursday, Jan. 29, and a “pay what you will” performance is at 7:30 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 5. Tickets are now available by contacting the theater, at 683-7326 or by visiting the box office, 414 N. Sequim Ave.
