Olympic Theatre Arts, 414 N. Sequim Ave., Sequim, will hold auditions for the popular musical “I Do! I Do!” from 1-3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 14, and from 6-8 p.m. Monday, Nov. 16. Director Charlotte Carroll is looking to cast two actors for this fun-loving musical, “a fabulous soprano and an amazing baritone.”
“It is a truly creative script with wonderful original music that I think our community will really appreciate,” said Carroll. “It’s humorous and warm and just simply delightful!” The show opens Feb. 5, 2016, and runs for three weekends, closing on Feb. 21. Rehearsals will begin immediately after casting.
Candidates will be asked to perform a song of choice a cappella or with the pianoaccompaniment provided. In addition candidates also may be asked to sing from the score and/or read from the script during the auditions.
