Kenji Nishigaki enjoyed a personal tour of first-grader Aeideon Greer’s classroom at Helen Haller Elementary School last week.

During their stay, the Japanese contingent also enjoyed bowling, special dinners and visits to local sights.

A group of ninth- and tenth-grade Sequim students soon will visit Shiso City, Sequim’s sister city in Japan.
