Milestone — Bullock is BirdQuest winner

The Sequim Merchant Group and the Sequim-Dungeness Valley Chamber of Commerce announce the grand prize winner for the BirdFest-BirdQuest 2017 game is Garry Bullock. The People’s Choice Awards for the ceramic bird sculptures went to Elandon Washburn for his puffin, displayed at Adagio Bean &Leaf; Kassie Stoddard for her bird of paradise, displayed at Solar City Boutique; and Sydney Balkan for her blue jay, displayed at Purple Haze during the BirdFest-BirdQuest Game. See these art pieces, along with all the bird sculpture entries from the Sequim High School ceramic class, at the Dungeness River Audubon Center, 2151 W. Hendrickson Road, Sequim; they are on display until April 28.
