Adventure series continues in PA

The 2020 Adventure Travel Series continues this week with “Trails for Everyone, Forever: Hike the State with the Washington Trails Association,” presented by Rebecca Wanagel and Alan Carter Mortimer from 7- 8:30 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 7, at the Port Angeles Senior Center 328 E. Seventh St. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.

The Washington Trails Association coordinates volunteer opportunities to maintain the variety of trails for hiking, biking and equestrian use throughout Washington state. Community members can join crews for day events or extended overnight backcountry/front country experiences. The association provides supervision, training, tools and carpool coordination for all their work groups.

Cost is a $5 donation, with funds going to support the Olympic Discovery Trail. See olympicdiscoverytrail.org/2802-2/ for more about the series.
