Olympic Medical Center recently welcomed three new providers to the Olympic Medical Physicians’ walk-in clinic in Port Angeles, the organization announced last week.
Dr. Naffie Ceesay, certified physician assistant Savannah Ketterer and nurse practitioner Jessica Cooper joined the clinic early this year and will provide same-day, non-emergency services to patients.
“We are pleased to welcome three new providers to the Walk-In Clinic,” Dr. Bradley Houston, the clinic’s medical director, said. “They are a wonderful addition to the clinic and community.”
Ceesay specializes in family medicine and completed a fellowship in international travel medicine before joining the Olympic Medical Physicians team. She and her family moved to Port Angeles from Seattle, where she completed a Global Heath and International Health Fellowship at the University of Washington.
Ketterer attended the physician assistant program at Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, Tenn., and earned her master’s of science degree in medicine.
“Savannah is delightful to have in the clinic, especially with her enthusiasm for patients and her colleagues,” Houston said.
Cooper moved with her family from Montana to join the clinic team. Houston said that Cooper brings “incredible people skills” to her work as a nurse practitioner. Cooper worked as a registered nurse in Kalispell, Mont., before earning her master’s of science degree in nursing–family nurse practitioner from Maryville University in St. Louis, Mo.
Before coming to Port Angeles, Cooper practiced as a family nurse practitioner at Kalispell Regional Medical Center.
