Fine art furniture for food: “Birds of a Feather,” a restored chair decorated by several ARTjam! artists, helpd the group raise more than $780 during their annual event held Sept. 4-5 at Rock Hollow Farm in Sequim.

The chair was auctioned to raise funds for the Sequim Food Bank.

Contributing artists included Lynne Armstrong, Mary Franchini, Susan Gansert Shaw, Brian Buntain, Ross Brown and Sharman Owings, Linda Collins Chapman and Stephen Portner.

Next year ARTjam! will return to partner with the Lavender Festival in July, ARTjam! organizers say.
