Dungeness Cup sees 43 for fifth tourney

With good weather for most of the three-day tournament, the 2016 Dungeness Cup saw 43 teams turn out to battle for crowns in 10 divisions.
Title-winning teams came from, among other towns, Bainbridge Island, Tracyton, Poulsbo, University Place, and the Olympic Peninsula’s own Storm King at the fifth-annual tourney, held Aug. 5-7 at Sequim’s Albert Haller Playfields.
Storm King’s own Boys U16 and Boys U14 squads earned championships for the “home team.”
