Milestone: OMC honors HR, medical staff team members

Olympic Medical Center’s board of commissioners and Director of Human Resources Heather Delplain recently recognized seven OMC Employee Health team members.

They include: credentialing specialists Marisa Bleck and Sally Rowland; Wendy Carlier and Jeanine DeMarco, Senior Human Resources Business Partner, Employee & Labor Relations staffers; Candace Kathol, contracts manager and senior paralegal; Staci Politika and Alicia Welch, Human Resources Business Partner-Employee Relations staffers; Jessica Williams, contracts/legal analyst-paralegal, and Shenna Younger, Senior Human Resources Business Partner, Provider Recruitment & Talent Development.

“We have experienced some very stressful times over the last couple of months and I cannot say enough about how well these team members have worked together in order to continue to deliver the level of support that our employees and leaders need from them,” said Delplain.
