Irrigation Festival float revealed

This year’s royalty includes Lily Tjemsland (queen), Roxy Woods (princess), Joanna Morales (princess) and Malachi Byrne (prince). Honored pioneers are Hazel Messenger Lowe, Tim Wheeler and sisters Betty Ellis Kettel and Janet Ellis Duncan.The float was designed by Guy Horton. The Irrigation Festival is scheduled for May 2-10.
