Santa will be at Hardy’s Market, 10200 Old Olympic Highway, from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 6.

Stop by for free pictures with Santa, hot chocolate and cookies, and design an ornament to take home.


Try ‘The Dog Wine’

Menagerie (aka “The Dog Wine”) is now available at Harbinger Winery during free tastings at holiday open house on Dec. 14.

All of the profits from this wine are passed on to the Olympic Peninsula Humane Society building fund for its new shelter between Port Angeles and Sequim.  Harbinger Winery is open daily for wine and beer tasting. Craft fair at Nourish

Do your holiday shopping while relaxing with friends, being serenaded, enjoying tasty treats and having a story read to you from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 14, in the space above Nourish Restaurant, 101 Provence View Lane in Sequim.

There will be unique, handcrafted gifts created by local artisans to be used and treasured: fine art cards by Jan and Kay Kepley, one-of-a-kind jewelry by Paulette Hill, hand-carved Yeti Flutes by Dave Toman, intricate hand-knitted shawls by Nancy Morris, and gluten-free baked goods by Tanya and Dave Rose.

Author Lindy MacLaine will read from” The Curse of the Neverland,” her debut fantasy adventure novel for grandmothers, cool aunts, and the girls age 9-14 in their lives. She has a limited number of pre-published copies for sale to autograph upon request. The book is the first in the forthcoming series, Piper Pan and Her Merry Band.


Sequim MFR sets open house

Sequim MFR is having an open house to celebrate its first year in business set for 5-7:30 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 4, at 181 Duke Drive.

The event features light appetizers, wine and beer. Bring a business card to enter a drawing for a free treatment. Call 360-216-6088.
