Jim and Evelyn Anderson of Port Angeles are celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary this month. Jim Anderson and Evelyn Nelson married on July 13, 1957, in Agnew and have lived in Clallam County since their marriage. He served in the Navy, worked for Crown Zellerbach and retired as a water superintendent with the Port Angeles Water Department; she retired from WorkForce in Port Angeles. They have three children, six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
