‘Privileged Planet’ movie, supper set at Friends church

Is Earth an insignificant speck of dust, adrift in a cosmic sea or is it “The Privileged Planet”?

View the scientific evidence starting at a free Supper and a Show event starting at 6 p.m. Wednesday, May 8, at Peninsula Evangelical Friends Church, 1291 N. Barr Road.

With computer animation and visual archives from NASA, Hubble Space Telescope, European Space Agency and other leading observatories throughout the world, “The Privileged Planet” presents evidence about Earth’s design and its placement in the universe.

A supper of homemade soups with bread or rolls and home-baked cookies will be served at 6 p.m. “The Privileged Planet” starts as soon as people are served.
