They range in age from 5-9 years old.
The celebration was held on April 18 at the American Legion Hall in Sequim, where many of those who had been featured speakers at club meetings since September 2021 joined the children and their families. Guests included:

They were each recognized for their contribution to the success of the club’s first year.
JAC Committee members were also recognized for their hard work, particularly Darlene Cook who spearheaded the Community Service contest efforts and created the winning application. Also recognized for their service as committee members were Candy Gammel, Kristine Konopaski, Diane Cox, Lisa Anderson, Judy Tordini, and JAC chair Marianne Burton.
This was the last regular club meeting of this school year; however, there are activities available for interested children throughout the coming months. These include helping to plant elm trees in Forks on Arbor Day, setting and then removing flags at Mount Angeles Cemetery over Memorial Weekend, planning and participating in a Flag Day ceremony on June 14, participating in the Forks 4th of July parade, and in the Wreaths Across America Mobile Education Exhibit visit to Sequim on Aug. 1.
