OTA announces cast for ‘The Vagina Monologues’

Olympic Theatre Arts, Sequim, has announced the cast for the upcoming production of “The Vagina Monologues,” which will be performed two weekends beginning Feb. 27 and running until March 8.

Olympic Theatre Arts, Sequim, has announced the cast for the upcoming production of “The Vagina Monologues,” which will be performed two weekends beginning Feb. 27 and running until March 8.

Written and originally performed by Eve Ensler in 1999, these monologues are the true stories of women of all ages, backgrounds and experiences. Humorous and poignant, the monologues will be brought to life on stage by three women, Alexandria Edouart, Maggie McDougal and Jennifer Sies.

“The Vagina Monologues” will be presented at the OTA Center, 414 N. Sequim Ave. All performances will take place in the Gathering Hall at 7:30 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays and at 2 p.m. Sundays.

This show, directed by Sharon DelaBarre, is recommended for adult audiences because of language and subject matter.
