Dustin Goodhue – Goodhue, 26, Sequim pleaded guilty Aug. 3 to two counts of delivery of Oxycotin, with all other counts dismissed. Sentencing is set for Aug. 14.

Robert A. Keith – Keith, 25, Sequim, was sentenced Aug. 6 on one count of third-degree child rape to nine months in jail with credit for time served, 36 to 48 months community custody and $800 in fines and court costs.

Maximillion Deak – Deak, 20, Sequim, was charged Aug. 5 with one count of second-degree arson, one count of minor in possession of alcohol and one count of contempt of court. According to court records, Deak allegedly started fires near a Sequim business on July 31. He then ran from and fought with the police officer trying to arrest him. The officer noticed he had been drinking and administered a portable breath test.

Ronald Wilbur Richmond – Richmond, 45, Sequim, was charged Aug. 3 with one count of third-degree assault, one count of fourth-degree assault and one count of resisting arrest. According to court records, Richmond allegedly assaulted his wife and stepson on Aug. 1 and then bit the arresting officer.
