Clallam County Superior Court

Wade Ray Dickerson – Dickerson, 42, Sequim, had a March 4 hearing set for dismissal of his charges so they can be refiled in District Court. He was charged Nov. 23 with one count each of third-degree assault (law enforcement officer) and violation of a no contact order (first or second offense). According to court records, Dickerson allegedly called his estranged wife and their son on Nov. 20 in violation of a no contact order. Then he allegedly assaulted a police officer while in the Sequim Police Department’s holding cell.

Andrew Edward Harmon – Harmon, 19, Sequim, pleaded guilty Feb. 17 to one count of first-degree theft. He was sentenced to 33 days in jail converted to 240 hours community service and credit for three days jail time, plus $1,500 in fines and court costs plus restitution to be determined. A second count of second-degree trafficking in stolen property was dismissed. According to court records, Harmon stole and pawned two diamond rings between Sept. 26 and Oct. 1.

Kenneth Eugene Lamb – Lamb, 34, Sequim, had 10 counts of first-degree unlawful possession of a firearm dismissed with prejudice, meaning it can’t be refiled, on Feb. 12 by Clallam County Superior Court Judge Brooke Taylor. Taylor also denied with prejudice a motion to amend five counts based upon a juvenile conviction for indecent liberties. Deputy prosecutor Brian Wendt appealed the decision Feb. 17 to the Court of Appeals, Division II.

Ciara Jo Neil – Neil, 19, Bremerton, was sentenced Feb. 17 under the drug offender sentencing alternative on two counts of residential burglary and one count each of first-degree theft and attempted first-degree theft. She will undergo 180 days of substance abuse treatment, serve two years’ probation, pay $1,150 in fines and court costs plus restitution to be determined and have no contact with the victim for 10 years. Neil was arrested Sept. 4 while burglarizing a Sequim home, stealing more than $1,500 cash from a safe.

Jason Daniel Trammell – Trammell, 31, Sequim, was charged Feb. 16 with one count of possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine. According to court records, Trammell allegedly was found in possession of methamphetamine during a Feb. 11 traffic stop in

Sequim. His passenger, Jennifer Erdmann, also allegedly was found in possession of methamphetamine during the stop. She was similarly charged. Arraignment was set for Feb. 19.

Pamela Mae Manning – Manning, 50, Australia, was charged Feb. 16 with one count each of first-degree theft, second-degree theft and making false or misleading statements to a public servant. According to court records, Manning allegedly sold a 30-foot pleasure boat in November 2009 that belonged to her brother-in-law, then returned to Australia. The boat was recovered later. Manning allegedly denied knowing what happened to the boat when questioned by a police officer. An arrest warrant was issued for Manning.

Robert O. Walberg – Robert O. Walberg, 52,

Sequim, was charged Feb. 18 with one count of first-degree theft. According to court records, Walberg allegedly used his Coca-Cola company gas card for personal use 47 times between Jan. 9, 2008, and Oct. 31, 2008, totalling $2,898. A criminal summons was issued for Walberg to appear at a March 19 arraignment.

James Christopher Loran – Loran, 39, Sequim, appeared in Clallam County Superior Court on Feb. 18 following his Feb. 17 arrest on drug charges. Bail was set at $15,000 pending the filing of charges on Feb. 22. According to court records, Loran and his wife, Heidi E. Irwin-Loran, allegedly were found in possession of 1.5 ounces of methamphetamine and numerous prescription pills following a search of their home. She was similarly charged.

Kevin Thomas White – White, 31, Sequim, had a Feb. 19 court hearing stricken after he was taken to Olympic Medical Center.

According to court records, White and another man allegedly were found in possession of Tylenol 3 pills, marijuana, baggies and a scale during a Feb. 18 search at Railroad Bridge Park.
