Superior court

Charlotte Ann Fendler and Tami Michelle Peterson – Fendler, 39, of Sequim, was charged with one count each of second-degree theft and third-degree theft. Peterson, 38, of Sequim, was charged with one count each of second-degree theft (access device) and second-degree theft.

According to court records, the two women allegedly used another person’s debit card and personal identification number to withdraw $1,200 from Sequim area ATMs from Nov. 19-24, 2009. Criminal summonses were issued for them to appear in court on March 19.

Heidi E. Irwin-Loran and James Christopher Loran – April 5 trial dates were set for Irwin-Loran, 38, and Loran, 39, of Sequim. They both face one count of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (amphetamine or methamphetamine) in a school bus zone. According to court records, the couple allegedly were found in possession of 1.5 ounces of methamphetamine and numerous prescription pills following a search of their home.

Angela Dawn West – West, 31, of

Sequim, pleaded guilty March 2 to one count each of manufacture and possession of marijuana with intent to deliver and second-degree assault. Sentencing was set for May 25. According to court records, West, along with Marcus Sessions and her husband, Paul West, assaulted two people in July 2008 while trying to collect a drug-related debt. Officers later searched the Wests’ home and found a marijuana growing operation.

Lovera Marjorie Blackcrow – Blackcrow, 30, of Port Angeles, had her May 3 trial on one count of vehicular homicide – DUI, severed from that of co-defendant Roger Dean Mallicott. A new May 24 trial date was set at a March 5 court hearing. According to court records, Blackcrow allegedly was driving her Ford Expedition under the influence of alcohol on Aug. 16, 2009, when it collided with Mallicott’s Harley-Davidson motorcycle at Dry Creek Road and Edgewood Drive in Port Angeles, resulting in the death of the motorcycle passenger Shelly Bartlett.

Michael Scott Boyovich – Boyovich, 37, of Sequim, was sentenced March 5 on one count each of solicitation to possess a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and violation of labeling requirements. He will serve 30 days in jail with credit for eight served; the balance can be converted to community service. He will pay $800 in fines and court costs and be on 24 months probation.

Christopher M. White – White, 20, of Port Angeles, was charged Feb. 24 with one count of second-degree assault. According to court records, White allegedly assaulted a fellow inmate at the Clallam County Jail on Feb. 18. White is serving an eight-month sentence for second-degree assault. His trial was set for April 19 with his next court appearance on March 26.
