Sequim’s own Bodystrong Taekwon-do students traveled to Battle Ground for the summer USTF Region 1 tournament on Aug. 9. Bodystrong had a great showing of 13 students either competing or officiating — and in some cases, both.

Competitors from Bodystrong ranged in ages from 6-52, with nearly each athlete bringing home medals and most receiving medals in all three events in their division.
