Child rape trial set for July 20

Aaron M. Hahn now faces a July 20 trial date on child rape and related charges following a June 15 trial on a murder solicitation charge.

Linda Hahn, Aaron’s mother, also faces a Sept. 21 trial on three counts of intimidating a witness.

Deputy Prosecutor William Payne has filed a motion for reconsideration of a March 20 decision not to consolidate the two trials.
