Charles Dee Hartman – Hartman, 39, Sequim had a bench warrant for his arrest issued May 29 after he failed to appear for a court hearing on one count of selling a synthetic narcotic and two counts of selling methamphetamine.
Keith Weyhmiller – Weyhmiller, 24, of Sequim, was ordered to undergo a psychiatric evaluation June 4 before facing charges of second-degree assault and first-degree attempted rape stemming from an April 5 incident.
Joshua Michael Wilson – Wilson, 26, Sequim, also known as Joshua J. Branch and Joshua Michael Wedding, had a bench warrant for his arrest issued May 28 after missing a court hearing on one count of intimidating a witness or former witness, one count of fourth-degree assault and one count of first-degree criminal trespass.
Christopher Ray Zendejas – Zendejas, 22, address unknown, accepted a plea offer May 7 on one count of forgery. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, converted to 240 hours of community service, $2,050 in fines and court costs plus
restitution.
