Dicks, Cloud to debate next week; questions accepted online

The League of Women Voters of Clallam County hosts a debate between incumbent Norm Dicks and candidate Doug Cloud for United States Congressional Representative District 6 on Wednesday, Oct. 6.

The debate is scheduled for 2-3 p.m. at the Sequim Community Church, 950 N 5th St., Sequim.

This is the first formal debate between the two candidates.  

The event is free to the public. Doors open at 1:30 p.m.  

The League of Women Voters of Clallam County is accepting questions from the public for for the Oct. 13 debate. To submit questions, the public is invited to go to www.LWVCLA.org website. Questions may also be submitted at the debate. The League requests that questions concern only campaign issues.

This debate is co-sponsored by the American Association of University Women, radio station KONP, and the Sequim Gazette.
