Final ‘Music and Movie in Park’ is tonight

The final event of the City of Sequim’s 2011 Music and Movie in the Park is 6 p.m. tonight (Tuesday, Aug. 30) at the James Center for Performing Arts in the Water Reuse Demonstration Park next to Carrie Blake Park.
Music from the Stardust Big Band kicks things off, with free dance lessons available from Carol Hathaway. Stardust Big Band is a local group of 18 musicians bringing back memories of the Glenn Miller era.
The event’s final outdoor movie of the summer is “Finding Nemo,” suitable for all ages. Free popcorn is provided. The movie will start by 9:30 p.m.
