Hospital welcomes new cancer center director

Tara Lock has joined Olympic Medical Center as the new director of Olympic Medical Cancer Center. "We are very pleased to have found such a professional candidate for this position," said Pamela Hawney, assistant administrator of specialty services at Olympic Medical Center.

Lock comes to Sequim from the Seattle area, where she worked as a radiology business and marketing manager at Virginia Mason Medical Center. She also worked as radiology business manager at Harborview Medical Center.

She holds a master’s degree in health policy and administration from Washington State University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Eastern Washington University.
