NPBA Surplus Sale

Clallam County Fairgrounds

Saturday, April 17

Volunteers are needed!  We can’t do it without you! 

Help is needed the day of the sale to mark and lay out donated items.   Set up begins at 9 AM; gates open to the general public at Noon.  Clean up at 3 PM.

Refreshments for volunteers.    It’s really a lot of fun!

If you are donating:

Delivery Dates & Time:  Now  thru Friday, April 16 from 9 AM to 4 PM; thru the “Blue Gate”, follow signs to the Sheep Barn.

Day of Sale, April 17:  Deliver from 9 AM to Noon thru the “Green Gate” on Saturday.  Volunteers & Committee members will be there to help unload.  Please let the office know you will be dropping off items on Saturday so we can have the gate open for you. 

The front door of the barn will be unlocked.  Please place your items towards the back of the barn and fill to the front.   NOTE:  Staff at the Fairgrounds will be moving out boats/campers stored during the winter.  Please do not place items so that they cannot get them out.   Please shut but do not lock the door when you leave.

Larger items that can be left outside & not damaged by the weather can be placed on the ground near the barn; please deliver those items no earlier than April 15
