Small brush fire extinguished behind QFC

Cause is unknown of a brush fire that broke out 1:55 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 22, behind Bell Creek Plaza off of East Washington Street.
Peter Loeb, public information officer for Clallam County Fire District 3, said fire engines put out the 30-foot-by-30 foot vegetation fire at 2:21 p.m.
The fire remains under investigation.
