UPDATE: Port Angeles man identified in fatal wreck

A Port Angeles man was killed Wednesday afternoon in a two car collision on the Morse Creek Bridge that tied up traffic for nearly three hours beginning at 1:01 p.m.

Washington State Patrol reports Hugh McLennan, 83, died on the scene after his 1991 Infiniti G20 crossed the center line and struck Rexx Ingalls, 20, of Sequim, head-on in his 1997 Ford.

Ingalls was taken to Olympic Medical Center  for back, neck and adominal pain.

Both drivers were wearing seatbelts and both vehicles were totaled.
