WSP looking for troopers

The Washington State Patrol is actively recruiting and hiring for the position of trooper cadet. The agency has 60 vacant trooper positions throughout the state and is conducting monthly testing to fill those positions.

 

The Washington State Patrol has experienced a large number of trooper retirements over the past two years and is looking for candidates who have what it takes to join its award-winning team.

 

Candidates that successfully complete the screening process may be selected to attend the next training academy class in the spring of 2011.

The next trooper cadet tests will be conducted at the Washington State Patrol’s Training Academy on the following dates:

Dates: Saturday, Nov. 6

Saturday, Dec. 4

Time: 8 a.m.

Location: Washington State Patrol Training Academy, 631 West Dayton-Airport Road, Shelton
