Weather service issues flood watch and high wind advisory

National Weather Service has issued a flood watch and wind advisory for Clallam County until Saturday, January 21.

Winds will be 35-40 mph with gusts of 50 mph. There is flood potential in areas along the coast due to the melting snow, rainfall and high tides on Saturday and Sunday.

A weather watch indicates the potential for severe or damaging weather conditions.
