Business offers health care speakers

Phil Castell and John Coulson of Castell Insurance are available as guest speakers for groups, clubs or organizations during September. This is a free educational seminar; nothing is sold at these meetings. The two are conversant on the Affordable Care Act which starts enrollment in October.
