Milestone: OMC employees receive kudos

Recently the Olympic Medical Center board of commissioners and OMC leadership recognized five employees from three different support departments for their individual efforts to improve their service areas.

Volunteer coordinator Kathy Coombes earned recognition for her tireless work to create and maintain a robust volunteer program.

Laundry workers Anita Weems and Marchetta Ketchum were honored for their leadership in meeting the growth in laundry demands and demonstrating efficiency and safety in their work.

Environmental Services workers Cheryl Reed and Danielle McKinney received recognition for their commitment to excellence and maintaining meticulous attention to detail and initiative, and capabilities of working well with others in the organization to ensure the facility is clean and clutter-free.
