Ceramic artist featured at PC exhibit

“Aerial Views,” a solo exhibit spotlighting ceramic artist Sarah J. Conti’s craft, is on display in the PUB Gallery of Art at Peninsula College’s main campus at 1502 E. Lauridsen Blvd., Port Angeles.

Access to the exhibition is limited while the college is operating remotely, but images of the show and videos with commentary are posted to the Peninsula College PUB Gallery ART Facebook page.

She will also present her work at 12:30 p.m. at the Oct. 22 Studium Generale lecture via Zoom. The event is free and open to the public. Join the Zoom meeting at zoom.us/j/95156136928; the meeting ID is 951 5613 6928.

Conti is a ceramic sculptor currently living in Missoula, Mont. She describes her exhibit as having a focus on place and on interconnectedness.

Sweet Adelines set online open house

The Grand Olympics Chorus of Sweet Adelines International in Sequim will host “A Cappella Palooza,” a virtual open house, set for 7 p.m. Monday, Oct. 12.
