City seeking arts advisory commissioner

The City of Sequim is seeking applicants to fill a vacant post on the City Arts Advisory Commission. The appointment is to fill a vacancy for a county resident through Dec. 31, 2025.

State law requires applicants must be a U.S. citizen, a registered voter in Clallam County, and have three years of residency in Sequim preceding their appointment.

The commission meets the third Monday of each month at 3 p.m.; because of the COVID-19 pandemic, meetings will be held virtually until further notice.

The deadline to apply is 4 p.m. Thursday, April 8.

To apply, go to sequimwa.gov/214/Boards-Commissions-Committees, download and complete the application for appointment, and send it along with a letter of intent and resume to Aurora Lagattuta at alagattta@sequimwa.gov or mail to: Arts Coordinator, 152 West Cedar Street, Sequim, WA, 98382.
