Community volunteers with the Sequim-Dungeness Valley Chamber of Commerce seek your help in cleaning up downtown Sequim’s Whimsy Park.

The community cleanup is set for 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday-Sunday, June 26-27 at 128 E. Washington St., just east of Jose’s Famous Salsa.

Participants are encouraged to bring gardening tools and gloves. Refreshments will be provided both days.

The temporary park opened in 2017 after housing an apartment complex, then an empty space, then a portion of the Sequim Farmers Market, and now the park.

For more information, call the chamber at 360-683-6197.
