Sequim native Pam Cameron won “The Spirit of Honu” reverse applique quilted hanging raffled off by Sequim Bay Yacht Club on Dec. 14 to benefit Volunteer Hospice of Clallam County’s respite care fund.

New yacht club commodore Sue Baden presented the quilt created by Judy Shanks and Mary Jeanne Richards, both of Sequim, to Cameron.

The raffle raised $2,000 toward the yacht club’s 2022 fund drive for VHOCC.

Cameron is a graduate of Sequim High School and retired Clallam County assistant prosecutor.
