Call for artists
The Sequim Arts Commission invites artists to submit entries for “Black & White,” an exhibition exploring the power, elegance, and emotion found in the absence of color.
The exhibition will be displayed in the Karen Kuznek-Reese Gallery at the Sequim Civic Center from Nov. 7 through Jan. 21, 2026. The deadline to submit artwork is 4 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 17.
Artwork will be juried by the Sequim Arts Commission on Monday, Sept. 22, and notifications will be sent to artists by the end of September. The submission form can be found at https://form.jotform.com/252366050608151.
Works should predominantly feature black, white and grayscale tones. Subtle accents of color will be considered only if they enhance the monochromatic concept.
