Bus routes unchanged

Clallam Transit System’s Route 40 Sequim Shuttle and Route 52 Diamond Point won’t change for now, the CTS board of directors decided at its Monday meeting.

The eight-person board of directors voted unanimous-ly to deny proposed changes to the Sequim Shuttle route that included running along Washington Street without stopping in the QFC parking lot, continuing east to the Elk Creek Apartments and west to Walmart.

The Diamond Point proposal would have cut service to West Sequim Bay Road and Beach Road and added service to Rhododendron Drive.
