Drink in the bounty
Olympic Peninsula Wineries Association holds its annual self-guided fall wine tour from 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday-Sunday, Nov. 13-14.
“Drink in the Bounty of Our Harvest Olympic Peninsula Winery Tour,” formerly known as the Passport Wine Tour, now includes Finnriver Farm, an organic farm and cidery in Chimacum, and Eaglemount Wine & Cider in Port Townsend, bringing the tour stops to seven. The wineries also plan a wine-themed scavenger hunt.
Locally made wines and hard ciders will be paired with harvest-inspired appetizers. Bring your own glass. Tickets, $25, can be bought online or at the door. Tasting fee for nonticketed visitors is $5 per winery.
Participating wineries are: Finnriver Farm & Cidery, Chimacum; FairWinds Winery, Port Townsend; Sorensen Cellars, Port Townsend; Eaglemount Wine & Cider, Port Townsend; Olympic Cellars, Port Angeles; Camaraderie Cellars, Port Angeles; and Harbinger Winery, Port Angeles.
