Select soccer fundraiser set for Sunday

A raffle fundraiser for a local boys U17 select soccer squad — with players from Sequim and Port Angeles — is scheduled for 11 a.m. on Sunday, Sept. 19 at the Agnew Fields.

The raffle drawing is for a Seattle Sounders “Electricity” jersey (size adult L). Raffle tickets are $3 each.

Funds go to help the team play against select boys teams in Pierce County.

The Sequim/Port Angeles-based soccer squad topped a team from north Tacoma 4-2 on Sept. 12 and play again on the 19th.
