Third suspect arrested in burglary

Police arrested a third suspect in the Nov. 29 burglary of the Tattoo Guy shop on Washington Street.
The shop was broken into during a power outage early last week and several items were stolen, including paint ball guns worth an estimated $2,800.
Sequim police arrested Tyler Townsend, 19, of Sequim, on Nov. 30 in the 300 block of South Sunnyside Avenue, after he allegedly confessed to a burglary.Officers obtained a search warrant for Town-send’s residence and found property reported stolen from the business along with marijuana, police said.
Townsend was booked into Clallam County jail on suspicion of burglary, theft and malicious mischief. He was released on his own recognizance Dec. 1 and will be arraigned Dec. 10.
Police previously arrested a 17-year-old, who is not identified because he is a juvenile, and 19-year-old Jordan Hartman. Both were arrested on suspicion of burglary, theft, and malicious mischief. Hartman’s arraignment also is set for Dec. 10.
